Chef Chad White has worked with many great chefs in many great kitchens (and sometimes parking lots, warehouses, and garages...). His career has had him at the helm of highly regarded restaurants and hotels, such as the Hilton Family of Hotels, and most recently, the much-missed Roseville in San Diego. Chef Chad's creativity was appreciated by all and he developed a devoted regular following that was devastated to be without his creations when the restaurant closed. It was suggested that he bottle his jams, jellies, and relishes for retail, Chef Chad's quest to be creative coupled with his love for bacon resulted in Medjool Date Bacon Jam, which has San Diego foodies all abuzz. It is currently sold in local stores and restaurants, such as Venissimo, Siesel's Old Fashioned Meats, Small Bar, Kitchen 1540, and Craft & Commerce.

Ego Culinary Trends isn't just about retail products, but also offers exclusive catering. Chef Chad will design a signature dinner for your magazine issue roll out, music release, or intimate dinner party.

Ego Culinary Trends offers collaboration with Snake Oil Cocktail Company, who will create a signature drink for your event, and Cups La Jolla, who will design beautiful organic cupcakes to end your event on a sweet note.
